Is Your Chair Trying To Kill You?  As a Doctor that regularly deals with pain and related disabilities my patients suffer, I have to agree.  Sitting a lot  is a major Bad habit! 

Take breaks every 20 to 30 minutes.  Stretch, walk or move to reset your "connective tissue".

Consider a standing desk or even a treadmill and desk combo.  Also cycling or other  exercise device could be helpful as well.

You know..."Move it or Lose it!"
