15-Minute Walk Lowers Death Risk for Seniors

15-Minute Walk Lowers Death Risk for Seniors: A French study that followed more than 123,000 seniors shows that a 15-minute daily walk lowers death risk by 22%.

This is more and more the point of exercise.  You can do a little and still boost your health compared to doing ZERO.  The older you are the more health or anti-disease benefits exercise can give, especially walking.

If you have leg, knee, hip or feet issues that keep you from walking for exercise,  contact Dr DiVelbiss at 614-529-8171 for a consult and evaluation.
